The building is organised around a central void that brings in daylight and drives natural ventilation, cutting the hours of mechanical cooling needed in a tropical climate.

Finishes favour locally available materials: engineered timber, natural stone and fair-faced concrete, held to a restrained palette so interior and architecture read as one.
